From Lexington, KY via Tampa, FL, Chala Strimple settled in Round Rock in 2014 and joined T. Kerr Property Group as Director of Operations. Her background spans account management for a dog toy manufacturer and operations in the roofing and construction industry, fields where the back office decides whether the front office succeeds.

Today, Chala drives the systems, data analysis, and strategic planning that keep TKPG humming behind the scenes. Agents, clients, and partners feel the result: timelines that hold, communication that flows, and a team that operates like a team.
