Janell Meza

I’ve been investing in real estate since 2016, and in 2024, I decided to turn that experience into helping others buy, sell, and invest with confidence. My path to real estate hasn’t exactly been traditional, but I think that’s one of my greatest strengths.

I come from a sports background and have built my career through several industries, starting in banking before moving into learning and development, then communications and advertising, and eventually into real estate. Each chapter gave me skills I use every day with my clients, from understanding the numbers and negotiating to communicating clearly, marketing creatively, and making sure people feel informed throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, family is everything to me. My husband is a military veteran, both of our kids are heavily involved in sports, and if I’m not working, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find me at a ball field somewhere.

When I do get a little free time, I love concerts, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Longhorns.

I’m competitive by nature, relationship-driven at heart, and passionate about helping people make smart real estate moves while actually enjoying the process along the way.
