Whether that means repositioning a listing, finding leverage in a negotiation or identifying an opportunity others may overlook, Micaela is always looking for ways to put her clients in the strongest possible position.

For sellers, she evaluates pricing, competition, buyer behavior, preparation, positioning, and marketing to create a strategy designed to protect their equity and achieve the strongest possible result.

For buyers, she helps clients understand value, recognize opportunities, and negotiate strategically. She looks beyond the list price to consider financing, market conditions, future resale, and how the purchase fits into their long-term goals.

Her strength is connecting all the pieces. Micaela studies what is happening in the market, understands what the data actually means, and turns that information into a clear strategy her clients can act on.

Before real estate, Micaela spent more than a decade in data, analytics, entrepreneurship, and strategic planning, including serving as Chief Product Officer for an international technology company. That experience shaped the way she approaches real estate today and her ability to take a complex goal, evaluate the possibilities, and create a path forward.

Micaela believes real estate can be one of the most powerful tools for building long-term wealth when the right decisions are made along the way.

She and her husband own both long-term and short-term rental properties, giving her firsthand experience with real estate investing. She especially enjoys helping clients explore opportunities and understand how real estate can fit into a larger wealth-building strategy.

For some clients, that means making a smart first home purchase and beginning to build equity. For others, it may mean keeping a current home as a rental, purchasing an investment property, leveraging existing equity, or recognizing an opportunity they had not previously considered.

Micaela enjoys walking clients through those possibilities, evaluating the numbers and helping them understand both the opportunity and the risk. Her role is to bring together the market, the numbers, and the bigger picture so they can determine what makes the most sense for their goals.
