Renae Moneymaker brings a rare blend of discipline, resilience, and real-world investing experience to every client she serves. Raised in Santa Rosa, California as the youngest of six children, Renae grew up in a hardworking family that encouraged commitment, grit, and a love for movement. Her passion for gymnastics earned her a full athletic scholarship to San Jose State University, where she competed as a Spartan gymnast while studying Nutrition and Food Science.

That same drive later carried Renae into a 17-year career as a professional stuntwoman in film and television. Working at the highest level of the industry taught her how to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and show up fully prepared, qualities she now brings into her real estate career.

Renae's passion for real estate began in her early 20s with a deep interest in homeownership, investing, and long-term financial stability. After purchasing her first property in 2014, she began building and managing a rental portfolio with her husband across multiple states. What started as a personal investment journey grew into a meaningful career centered on helping others make confident, informed decisions.

Licensed in both Georgia and Texas, Renae specializes in residential real estate with a strong focus on investment properties, relocation, buying, and selling. Her personal experience as an investor gives her clients practical guidance, while her years of relocating for the film industry help her understand the emotional and logistical side of major life transitions.

As the proud wife of a Navy Special Warfare veteran, Renae also has a strong understanding of the unique needs of military families. She is knowledgeable about VA loans and is passionate about helping veterans and their families use available programs to build stability through homeownership.
