Before entering real estate, Steven served more than 20 years as a United States Army Military Police Officer, retiring as a First Sergeant. His career included leading large and diverse teams, coordinating complex operations, and managing crisis situations where clear communication and calm decision-making mattered. Those experiences taught him to anticipate problems, adapt when circumstances change, and remain accountable for the outcome.

Steven has represented clients across a wide range of properties, price points, and circumstances.
