This isn’t just a sign on Tanya Kerr’s office wall, it’s the heartbeat of her business.

Raised on a small farm in Paige, Texas, Tanya learned early what grit, service, and sacrifice really mean. After losing her mother as a young adult, she helped step into a caregiver role for her siblings, shaping the resilience and compassion she brings to real estate today.

A former educator and school administrator, Tanya transitioned from classrooms to closings with the same mission: to empower people through smart, informed decisions. She’s built a nationally recognized business, representing over $200M in sales and earning a spot among the Top 100 Keller Williams Teams in the U.S. Top 100 Keller Williams Teams in the U.S.

But Tanya measures success differently:

Did we do what was right, not what was easy?
Did we build trust?
Did we help our client plant roots, build a legacy, and make the right decision?

Whether advising a first-time buyer, negotiating a luxury listing, or guiding a client through loss, Tanya leads with heart and clarity. Her team, T. Kerr Property Group, is now the #1 team in Williamson County for listings sold and buyers represented (excluding builders), and has been honored by Platinum Top 50, Austin Business Journal, Real Producers Magazine, and more. T. Kerr Property Group was voted Best of Georgetown by the public in both 2024 and 2025, and Runner‑Up for Best in Round Rock in 2024.

A mother, a mentor, and a mission‑driven leader, Tanya is on a path to change lives, one home, one family, one future at a time.

Working with Tanya

Building a new home is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming, unless you have someone like Tanya Kerr by your side. From the very first meeting to the final walkthrough, she provided a white‑glove experience that made me feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for.

Marcos EsparzaApril 2025 · Buyer · New Construction

Tanya and her team did an awesome job on the sale of my home, from consultation to staging, marketing, offers, and closing. The whole process went very quickly, and they kept me informed every step of the way.

LaSonya ClarkApril 2025 · Seller

We had an outstanding experience working with Tanya and her team. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. She truly listened to what we were looking for, guided us through the process with knowledge and patience, and ultimately negotiated the best possible deal.

Aaron MayfieldMarch 2025 · Buyer

We worked with several Realtors before finding Tanya & Co., and the difference was absolutely night and day. After switching to Tanya, we found the perfect home in just one day, put in an offer, and had it accepted by the end of that week.

Christopher HarrisAugust 2024 · Buyer
