Vanessa brings a warm, people-first approach to real estate, rooted in genuine care, strong relationships, and a lifelong love of homes. Before becoming a real estate agent, she spent 17 years as a hairdresser, a career that taught her how to listen well, build trust, and take care of people through meaningful moments in their lives.

Her path into real estate began when she and her husband purchased their first home in their 20s while raising a young baby. From the first step of the process to closing day, Vanessa felt a spark. She knew she had found a career that combined two things she deeply loves: homes and helping people.

Today, Vanessa specializes in residential real estate and is also growing her experience with investment properties. She is a dedicated learner who believes there is always more to understand, especially in a changing industry. Her goal is to keep sharpening her knowledge so she can serve her clients with confidence, care, and practical guidance.

Vanessa's clients can expect someone who shows up, answers the phone, responds to messages, and makes them feel like a true priority. Whether someone is buying, selling, or investing, she sees it as an honor to walk alongside them during such important life moments.

Community is a major part of who Vanessa is. She currently serves as Second Vice President on the board at Cactus Ranch Elementary School and works closely with the board to support teachers, administrators, and students. She is also involved with the Travis County Medical Alliance and Foundation, supporting efforts such as St. Louise House, Hard Hats for Little Heads, and PPE delivery for local physicians in the Austin area.

Vanessa also loves creating connection close to home. Each year, she hosts a neighborhood Easter egg hunt, where her family stuffs nearly 2,000 eggs and her oldest dresses up as the Easter Bunny. For Vanessa, these moments are more than events. They are a way to bring neighbors together, celebrate families, and build relationships within the community she serves.
