A seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in operations and business management, Chala is the driving force behind ensuring the seamless functioning for the T. Kerr Property Group. Her dedication to organizational health is unparalleled, as she recognizes that a smoothly running business is the cornerstone of preserving our team’s values and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Stay on the Bright Side

Hailing from Lexington, KY, Chala’s journey led her to Tampa, FL, after college, where she embraced a career as an account executive for a dog toy manufacturer, traversing the unique landscapes and cultures of various regions. Among them, Texas held a special place in her heart. Since settling in Round Rock in 2014 with her husband Hunter and two spirited daughters, Chala transitioned from a demanding “Road Warrior” lifestyle to the roofing and construction industry. Here, she embraced a new role in operations, administration, and project management, providing her the flexibility to prioritize her family.

While Tanya and Chala have known each other for years, it was a chance encounter that led her to join the T. Kerr Property Group, where she now supports agents and staff so that they can best support clients. Armed with a passion for data analysis, strategic planning, and technology-driven automation, Chala is driven by a deep desire to serve and uplift others. She firmly believes that empowerment through truth and knowledge results in people making the decisions that are right for them and raving fans of the team.

Out of the Office

Beyond her dynamic role, Chala finds joy in outdoor adventures with her family and friends. Whether tending to her garden, caring for her chickens, or exploring Central Texas trails, she cherishes time spent in nature. An avid explorer, she delights in weekend road trips to discover new places. Looking ahead, Chala envisions a future with a little farm of her own, where she can tend to the land and share these experiences with her family.
