Endorsed Local Provider What is an ELP? What does using an ELP mean for you? The Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) Program is a nationwide service that connects buyers & sellers with the top 10% of real estate agents in their area for help with home buying, selling, or both. An Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) designation is not easily earned. Each ELP is held to extremely high standards and must not only follow the Dave Ramsey principals, but also receive personalized coaching and continued accountability from the Dave Ramsey team. ELP’s have to be licensed full time agents who have at least four years’ tenure & who close at least 35 transactions per year.
