Micaela, a Colorado native, is a dedicated real estate professional who values authenticity and trust above all else. Her decision to join T. PASSION

Micaela’s passion is to work with families and individuals at all stages of their real estate journey.  “Whether a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor, I love helping others achieve their real estate goals.” She loves to dive deep into market trends and data, provide support for first time homebuyers, assist clients through life transitions and provide information about investment strategies and opportunities. When it comes to Micaela you get it all – supportive, compassionate, and highly analytical and methodical. 

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Micaela doesn’t just talk the talk, she walks the walk. Her and her husband own a successful Short Term Rental property very near the Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas  “I love when people come to me and ask questions about investment properties because it gives me an opportunity to help educate them on their options,” explains Micaela. She believes that real estate is a great way to grow wealth and it begins with gathering information about different strategies and opportunities. “It’s never too early to start learning, planning, and setting goals!” 

BIG DREAMS AND LIFE EXPERIENCE 

Micaela loves a dreamer, and it’s crystal clear that she is one too.  She realized in college, she has an innate ability to see a goal, break it up into steps, and get moving. 

While at Texas Tech University, she started a non-profit organization called Empower Education International to help expand access to quality education in Africa. A few days after graduating, she packed her bags and moved to a remote village in Northern Uganda. She sponsored children to be in school and worked with school administrators, while partnering with different US Universities to improve the education system. 

While living in Uganda, Micaela met another Founder sponsoring former child soldiers. They joined forces and Micaela become employee #1 to an ED Tech business that has grown to be one of the largest providers in Africa. She spent 5 years living in Uganda, Tanzania, and South Africa and continued running the team as Chief Product Officer for an additional 5 years remotely. 

If that weren’t enough for this dreamer, she also started  her own consulting business working with founders and entrepreneurs launching tech startups. She has a passion for sharing the knowledge gained by providing valuable strategies and guidance to founders who are at the initial stages of turning their ideas into a product.  “This is my same desire for my real estate business-  to pass on all the experience and information we have to you so you can be the most informed buyer, seller or investor. 

FAMILY AND FUN

Micaela’s husband, Jason, is from Liberty Hill, TX. “I always thought I would want to move back to Colorado, but it didn’t take long for this area to feel like home. The people and the sense of community are unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I knew right away that we would make the Austin area our forever home.” 

While she is serious about real estate and goals, don’t be surprised if you get a glimpse of her fun side, especially when it comes to her children.  “I love having fun with my kids. I’m the mom that is jamming out to kids songs as we are driving from one place to another. We’re talking air drums and everything! We love making up silly songs and having dance parties.”
