A tall order, and the patience that paid off.
A few months ago, Julie and her mom, Nancy, reached out to me with a very clear vision for their next chapter: they wanted to purchase a one-story home in the Hutto area with a driveway that was not steep.
Simple enough, right? Well, there was one BIG piece to the puzzle.
They needed to finance their new home, move into it, and then list their current home for sale so they could turn around and pay off the new home.
In this market, that was a tall order. But we had a plan.
Julie and Nancy found the home they loved, got it under contract, and then we got to work preparing their current home to hit the market.
Once we went live, things felt slow. And, as any seller knows, watching the days tick by without the offer you are hoping for can be discouraging. But instead of reacting out of frustration, we stayed focused on the strategy, watched the market, and most importantly, they remained patient.
And that patience paid off.
They received an offer they felt was fair, accepted it, and today we closed.
Now Julie and Nancy can finally take a deep breath, knowing their home is sold, their plan came together, and they can fully settle into this exciting next chapter.
