We would like to extend a huge thank you to Tanya and her group at T. Kerr Property Group. I recall a moment in particular when I found a lot to build our retirement home on, Tanya was on vacation with her family and out of the country. I only had until the next day to purchase the lot, I texted Tanya and lo and behold she answered me back immediately! She made the deal happen by the next day. Exceptional knowledge and service! The T Kerr Property Group exceeded all of our expectations. We weren't planning on purchasing a property but we saw a property that caught our eye but get this- Tanya told us NOT to buy it. She advised us to pass on that property and then a much better home hit the market! It was new to market but she still negotiated the price down and seller concessions. Their transaction coordinator, Angelica, worked with Tanya to make sure everything was smooth. The entire team is outstanding and cares. Buying a home is a big deal and we could trust that Tanya had our best interest at heart. Everything we asked, every situation we encountered, she knew EVERYTHING and gave us great advice. Highly recommend!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
