Jennifer Payton

Jennifer brings a warm, down-to-earth, and deeply local perspective to the team. Raised nearby in Leander, Texas, she grew up playing golf and developed a strong connection to the Central Texas area from an early age. After graduating high school early, she attended culinary school and became a certified Pastry Chef through Le Cordon Bleu. Her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit eventually led her to run her own bakery, where she created special occasion sweets, treats, and wedding cakes.

Always eager to learn and grow, Jennifer later returned to school, first attending Blinn College before transferring to Texas A&M University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Sciences with an emphasis in Tourism Management. After college, she returned to Georgetown, where she met her husband while working in residential remodeling. That experience gave her firsthand insight into homes, design, and the many details that make a space not only beautiful, but functional for everyday life.

Today, Jennifer and her husband are raising their very athletic 9-year-old son in Georgetown. Their son attends (and loves!) Wolf Ranch Elementary, where Jennifer & her husband are active members of the school community, serving on the PTA board and volunteering throughout the school. This involvement has allowed her to build meaningful relationships with teachers, families, and other members of the community while becoming even more connected to the place she calls home. Between baseball and flag football, school activities, and their busy family life, there is never a dull moment. Their home is also kept lively by their Great Dane and two cats. The family attends St. Helen’s in Georgetown and looks forward to traveling more together in the years ahead.

Outside of work and family, Jennifer enjoys a good concert, a great virgin piña colada, and trips to Houston whenever possible. If her family lived there, Astros season tickets would be a very real possibility.

Jennifer’s diverse background in hospitality, entrepreneurship, remodeling, tourism, and community involvement gives her a unique ability to connect with people and understand what makes a house feel like home. She brings creativity, organization, and genuine care to every detail, along with a strong commitment to the families and community she is fortunate to be a part of.
