Jennifer Payton

Jennifer brings a warm, down-to-earth, and deeply local perspective to the team. Raised nearby in Leander, Texas, she grew up playing golf and has always had a strong connection to the Central Texas area. After graduating high school early, Jennifer attended culinary school and became a certified Pastry Chef through Le Cordon Bleu.

Her creativity and work ethic led her to run her own bakery, where she created special occasion sweets, treats, and wedding cakes. Later, Jennifer returned to school, first attending Blinn College before transferring to Texas A&M University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Sciences with an emphasis in Tourism Management.

After college, Jennifer moved back to Georgetown and met her husband while working in residential remodeling, a field that gave her firsthand experience with homes, design, and the details that make a space work well for real life.

Today, Jennifer and her husband are raising their very athletic 8-year-old son, who plays baseball and flag football and attends Wolf Ranch Elementary. Their home is full of love, energy, and plenty of chaos thanks to their Great Dane and two red-headed cats. They attend St. Helen's in Georgetown and look forward to traveling more together as a family.

Jennifer currently lives in Jarrell and hopes to relocate back to Georgetown in the future. Outside of work, she enjoys a good Cory Morrow concert, a great virgin pina colada, and trips to Houston whenever possible. If her family lived there, Astros season tickets would be a very real possibility.

Jennifer's background in hospitality, remodeling, tourism, and community life gives her a unique ability to connect with people, understand what home means, and bring care and attention to every detail.
